Patent attorney, Arkay Lakgeun Yun, provided patent services to large corporations such as Samsung Electronics in the early days of his career. He was primarily responsible for domestic and overseas patent applications, trials, and litigation, and also proactively participated licensing and infringement litigation with foreign companies. He also provided a technology development roadmap through prior art searches and patent maps. After studying Management of Technology at Georgia Tech in the United States, he became interested in technology commercialization and technology evaluation as well as legal protection of technology. He also majored in International intellectual property (IP) Law at Chicago-Kent Law School, which broadened his knowledge of overseas IP.
